With 30 years of experience in medicine, I’ve had the privilege of learning from countless patient interactions. For the first two decades, my focus was on diagnosing and treating illnesses. This gave me a deep understanding of the human body and the challenges people face when their health falters.
However, over the last ten years I’ve shifted my focus to a wellness-based approach, recognizing the immense value of preventing illness and promoting a proactive, balanced lifestyle. This transition has been both inspiring and fulfilling, as it allows me to work closely with patients to not only address their immediate concerns but also guide them toward achieving optimal health.
Combining my traditional medical expertise with a wellness perspective has reinforced my belief that true healthcare is about empowering individuals to live longer, healthier, and more vibrant lives.
